Here for your perusal is a majestic Birds eye view of that portion of the 23rd and 24th wards of the city of New York, lying westerly of the New York and Harlem Railroad, and of the Grand Boulevard and Concourse connecting Manhattan Island with the park system north of the Harlem River. Drawn by Wm. W. Klein. Robert A. Welcke, photo-lith. It was made in 1897.
