Here we present a grand chart of Upper Potomac park project to preserve the Great Falls and Palisades of the Potomac / National Capital Park and Planning Commission ; Lieut. Col. U.S. Grant 3rd, executive and disbursing officer ; Major Carey H. Brown, engineer ; Charles W. Eliot 2nd, city planner. It was made in 1928.
