Shows portion of Morrison County to the west of the Mississippi River, this area shown on other editions as part of Todd County, and section lines in Traverse and Big Stone counties. Cover title: Sewall's map of Minnesota. "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1857, by J.S. Sewall ..." Text prepared for sale of land and states that the Lake Superior and Mississippi Railroad is to be completed by June, 1870. Scale 1:760,320. 12 miles to 1 in.
