Here for your perusal is a Plan de la barre et du havre de Charles-Town d'après un plan anglois levé en 1776. Rédigé, en 1778, au Dépôt général des cartes, plans et journaux de la marine. Par ordre de M. de Sartine, conseiller d'État, ministre et secretaire d'État de la marine. It was taken in 1778.
