H. W. Halleck, U.S.A. / surveyed and drawn under the direction of Captain Fred. E. Prime, Corps of Engineers, Chief Engineer, Department of Tennessee ; surveyed and drawn by F. Shraag and F. Theinert. It was taken in 1862.
