D.N.Va. ; copy certified Oct. 22nd 1863 Eng. Office 2nd. Corps, Jed Hotchkiss, Capt. & top. eng. It was taken in 1863.

Shows the names of some residents. At head of title: Chief Engineers Office, D.N.V. Col. J.F. Gilmer Chf. Engr.
