Here for your consideration is a pleasing map of the environs of Camden, N.J. CREATED/PUBLISHED 1778. NOTES: Scale not given. Title from Philip Lee Phillips' A list of maps of America, p. 188. Manuscript, pen-and-ink, pencil, and watercolor. Oriented with north to the left. Relief shown by shading. "No. 45." Shows "proper advanced posts (as yet) unoccupied," distances to surrounding towns, and roads. It was created in 1778.
