Foster, to the Committee on the Conduct of the War." 23 p. Map indicates "lines of investment of Gen. Sherman" at Savannah, Georgia, Boyd's Neck, Honey Hill and Devaux' Neck, South Carolina, and "position of rebel ironclads" on the Savannah River.
