Here we present an exciting map of the Holy Land from the 1600's. The map is labeled: Iudaa seu Terra Sancta, qua Hebraorum sive Israelitarum in suas duodecim tribus divisa : secretis ab invicem Regnis Iuda et Israel expressis insuper sex ultimi temporis ejusdem terra provincijs / ex conatibus geographicis Gulielmi Sanson, Christianissimi Galliarum Regis geographi ; Serenissimo Principi Delphino offerebat humillimus, obsequentissimus, ac fidelissimus seruus Hubertus Iaillot ; Cordier, sculp. It was taken in 1696. If anyone can translate this to English for us, we would be very grateful, and would post the English translation on this page.
